First up were the Senior IV of Paul Knight, Roger Roberts, Mark King and Ian Smith. Competition was stiff!
Superman Mark King once again spread his efforts over several races with the Veterans IV race following his Junior Sculls long haul over the 2 Km course.
The Veteran IV of Paul Knight, Paul Heskett, Mark King and Ian Smith could not quite get their rhythm stick going!
And then came the Ladies Pair Race!

At first it was difficult with a lot left to do.
However months of intensive training soon paid off.
Wot effort! as they storm through the Solent.
"Where's the bloody finish"! as the crowds cheered!
We've done it!!! We've won!!

At the end it really was a close shave!!
