Junior Sculls Final
A powerful Mark King is narrowly beaten into 2nd place by a mysterious sculler way out to sea, later identified as a Mr Kieran Cahill of Bexhill. Customs officers later interviewed him re "duty frees"
Folkestone was 3rd and Dover 4th below
