Hastings Sculling Sensations
Our new Novices Craig and Emma Golding did the Club proud as they , assisted by Captain Bob Salmon represented the Club at Maidstone.
Craig eventually had to row in all 3 races which is no mean feat!
First past was Bob Salmon enjoying the bright morning sun.
Craig Golding followed right behind in a style reminiscent of Grandad Dick Apps!
In the next race Craig joined Bob in the Double Sculls.
....and finally Craig paired with Novice Sister ( sounds like a nun?) Emma for a third row.
Double Sculling is tricky even on flat water.
However they were soon back in shape for what Craig described as "his hardest row"!
